Governmental Corrections Professional Attendee Information
Regular Practitioners Rate = $550
This rate is strictly for governmental attendees such as state, local and federal correctional professionals. Your registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, and the following meals: 3 Breakfasts (Mon/Tue/Wed), 2 Lunches (Mon/Tue), and 2 Socials (Sun/Tue)
Private Prison Professional Attendee Information
Regular Practitioners Rate = $550
This rate is strictly for non-governmental private prison employees. Your registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, and the following meals: 3 Breakfasts (Mon/Tue/Wed), 2 Lunches (Mon/Tue), and 2 Socials (Sun/Tue)
Attendee Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event you need to cancel, please contact Diana Wright, CTA Meeting Manager at dianawright@conferencems.com or 850-222-2383 before May 1, 2025. Cancellation received prior to April 17, 2025, will result in a refund less a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2025, will not be entitled to a refund. Registrations may be substituted to another person within the same organization/agency.
Hotel Reservations & Location
All reservations will require a credit card or deposit equal to one night’s room and tax to guarantee the room. Rooms may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival with no penalty. Check-In time is 4:00 pm and Check-Out is 11:00am
